Lemon diet master cleanse question?

Im by no means over weight I work out on a regular basis and for the most part very muscular Im going away in a week and just want to cut a few pounds maybe 5-7 with in a week Ive been reading up on this cleanse a friend of mine said it worked great for him (hes over weight). I know I'll gain the weight right back... any feedback on how effective this really is and If I can do this diet combined with a cardio work for a week? Lemon diet master cleanse question?
It is really effective but you might suffer for it in the long run. Things like this take lean muscle before fat. As muscle weighs more than fat you will probably notice a significant drop in your weight but it the long run it might be damaging. Maybe you could do the relaxed version and have a diet low in fat and carbs yet high in protein. You wont lose as much weight but it should protect the muscle.
