This 'cleanse' sounds absolutely unhealthy, but some people are adamant about the detoxifying results. Is this for real or just another nutty diet scheme?Is the lemon and cayenne pepper diet or 'cleanse' recommended by health professionals?
The many diet fads/schemes are mainly there because people are frustrated with their 5-30 extra pounds they have collected over the years due to stress and poor eating habits. The real way to lose the weight and keep it off is to eat properly and follow a sensible exersize program that is fitting to your schedule and lifestyle. Adults should eat more fruits and veggies but instead we tend to eat the food that is readily acessibe to us and this is a common mistake made by millions each day! The meals should be enough to make you feel ';not hungry'; you want to avoid eating until you have that ';bloated'; feeling. Food can be a fun and rewarding part of your daily, path to wellness, routine. Remember you did not gain the weight overnight so you can't expect to lose it overnight either!! no, the eat a balanced diet and whole foods diet is what we recommend along with proper hydration and exercise...





also, lesser processed foods in general, chemicals have been known to cause complications in the digestive system.





all diets are nutty, just eat properly.





lesser fats, meats, processed foods and oils.





eat more fresh veggies, fruits, grains, nuts, things like that, whole foods in general with lesser chemicals.





no sodas, no energy drinks, minimal stimulant foods and drinks, don't over do it with the caffiene and drink more fresh juices and water.
