is 14 years old to young to do the lemon cleanse, will it benifit me to lose a bit of weight, if so how much. IF i do the cleanse i will do it for 10 days im pretty active, will i still be able to do it?Lemon cleanse, does it matter what age you are?

At 14 you don't need anything.
It won't work at all; the whole thing is a hoax. Starvation diets always do more harm than good.





Eat proper food, especially because you're still growing.
