Master Cleanse/The Lemon Diet???

has anyone used this? i'm debating whether or not i should use this. yes, the main reason why i want to do this is lose a litte bit of weight, but it has a lot of health benefits too, and i just really really want to be healthy.Master Cleanse/The Lemon Diet???
Yeah It works, but super greens work better. You can get them online or at health food stores. Detox diets help too, but do them in moderation.Master Cleanse/The Lemon Diet???

A bad idea. It is not good for digestive system, nor hormones. It may also get you photosensitivity problems too.





When you are on diet, you need balanced nutrition and good energy to burn fats away. Check you HDL level. If it is under 2.0, you need to take some EFA during diet. Cut deep fried and roasted foods, nuts etc. Cut pops with lots of sugar. Take enough CH (no intrinsic sugar though), protein, dietary fibre, anti-oxidants (from beans, veges) and enzymes (uncooked veges and fruits). Exercise 30 minutes or more per day.





For serious diet, cut 30-50% of foods that you take daily. Make sure you have enough nutrition. Normal people only need 50-60g of meat proteins per day. Most people would eat more than 6Oz a meal (3 times of needed).
i did it to lose weight mainly too and i lost ten lbs! i highly recommend it, it makes you feel much better and its a great eye opener to any unhealthy habits you have.
My spouse has done this diet a few times. It can be quite healthful if you have the discipline to follow the instructions. You can't rush food back into your system after completing this program. It's a gradual process. Check with your doctor first before you put your body through this. The first few days are the hardest.





I would not recommend this program to anyone who is a diabetic or to those who are already under a doctor's care.
