The lemon juice diet should leave you saited (not hungry).
There is glucose in the lemon juice which is what your body breaks foods down to for uses as energy. Thereby not needing supplemental foods, temporarily.
This is not a cleanse to help you lose weight, it is a side effect - and a temporary one at that. The only good way to lose those unwanted pounds is to exercise. This is the common thing found in ALL diet plans - exercise.
