Has anybody tried the lemon cleanse?

I'm all set to start it tommorow morning. I got water, lemon, cayenne peper, and maple syrup. is there more that i should be taking. i believe i can do this lemon fast. I've done a fast before this year with just water for 7 days. i plan on doing the lemon fast for 14 days if not more, depending on how i feel and at the same time do a light exercise to medium energy work out. practicing the breathing. praying a little more also. thanks all. need some feed back.Has anybody tried the lemon cleanse?

Glad to see your doing a very heathy habit (cleansing and fasting). The only thing about this is you might need more nutrition, if you want to active physically and mentally. I use a juicer and juice some vegetables to get more nutrition, but I know quite a few people who are doing exactly your program with success. Be sure to use organic lemons if possible.


Do this type of fast (many others) 4 times a year and you wont have hardly any health issues for the rest of your life.

I couldn't get past the first sip... Good luck... I've read the book. Doing it with black strap molasses is better nutritionally. It's mainly for diabetics but it's better. I hope you got the correct type of syrup Pure B Grade Maple Syrup.
