No, you need lemons or lemon juice. Lemonade powder is probably 1% actual lemon product, if that.

It has a TON of added sugar ..... and the cleansing diet is probably designed to rid your body of excess sugar. This doesn't sound very healthy for a 13-yr-old. Have you discussed it with your mother - or doctor?
I heard once that there is more lemon in Mr. Clean than there is in the lemonade powders!
I think I would wait to start your ';master cleanse diet'; until you get real lemons.
