I'm spending 7 days on the cleanse drinking only the lemon/cayenne pepper and water. Obviously if I just dulge into a meal after this period I'll gain it back. I was thinking of gradually adding food...one day half a grapefruit with the cleanse for the rest of the day, the next day-grapefruit and celery, then adding some meat. Will I stay at my ideal weight if I do this, and keep working out? (I'll change my whole diet for a healthy lifestyle after)What diet should I follow after a lemon/cayenne pepper cleanse?
As long as you keep working out you shouldnt gain much back.. maybe a little bit because that cleanse is pretty extreme, but it wont be much.What diet should I follow after a lemon/cayenne pepper cleanse?
I agree. As long as you keep working out, you shouldn't gain weight. But go on a raw food diet for the first three days. Just vegetables and fruit. Then after three days, add tuna to one meal or piece of chicken. Lentils are great for transitional too.
