Master cleanse diet recipe?

does anyone know how much weight you lose if you stick with this for 10 days? and has anyone ever done it and have experience w it? did it work or am i wasting my time?Master cleanse diet recipe?
Hi, I am actually on it right now as we speak. This is day number 4 for me. I have lost 2 pounds but I'm not done yet. I also go to the gym and work out hard so that I can get on track with toning up at the same time. If you're trying to loose weight monitor how much syrup you use because that is actually where the calories come from. Do the math and you'll see the total calories as well as carbs that you'll consume while on the mix. I've cut back on the syrup just a little. My skin has definitely cleared up (not that it was bad) I noticed a difference in it. May be because I'm getting rid of toxins in my body. I'm going for 14 days but can't stand the yucky salt water! I've tried the master cleanse diet before but I really don't recommend it. I felt so sluggish and tired to do anything during that diet phase and it was such torture! Sure, I shed off some weight but after that diet (when I started eating solid food again), the weight added as twice as much! Now I am currently taking the Bowtrol colon cleanser that I learned from a friend and the effects have been great so far. I feel lighter and less bloated. And everyone's has been noticing that I'm losing weight and that I'm ';glowing';. It's herbal too so its super safe. Try it out, might work for you too :)
acai is BS every diet plan out there claiming to make you lose weight is BS. only thing that can make you lose weight is staying away from junk food and having a nice clean well balanced diet with lean protein and lots of fruits and veggies and a good 4-5 days in the gym
