Drink all day. I did t and got good cleansing. It is modified fast. Now I just water fasts for anti-aging since this is most effective. The way it works is you drink it instead of water. The secret is the avidance of food. See this site for quotes from 10 MDs on how good fasting is.

Lemon is a great stain remover. I got blood on my white shirt and I put some lemon on it and set it in the sun and it came out. So I think it's the acidity of lemons.
I knew four young guys that did it recently. Just like an older, very overweight friend of mine that did it a while ago, they lost weight (of course) while doing it, then went back to their usual bad habits and show absolutely no benefits after a few weeks.
