Day 2 I fcked up and binged but I took care of that so I wont let this 1 binge episode stop me from continuing the cleanse.

The master cleanse doesn't work. I couldn't make it past the first day. I had to purchase a cleanse from www.thedetoxlife.com and that one was for 9 days and much better and I receive better results.
yea at night and in the morning too if for any reason u cant do the salt water flushy .... man i only managed one day lol
