Well, I look at ';cleansing'; as a lifestyle thing, not just a one-time recipe. Your suggested recipe looks really good - but look closer at how you eat in general. If you're going to do this and eat sugar cereal or pop tart for breakfast, McDonald's for lunch and frozen dinner, then it's not going to do much good. However, if you are eating properly, then this will do you well.
I have, over the period of 5-6 years, made the ';cleansing'; a part of my life. I try to eat some raw fruits and vegetables every day. Those are very cleansing. Instead of typical desserts, we have fruit for dessert at my house. Also, getting into the habit of drinking water with lemon (cold or hot) is very cleansing, especially to your kidneys. It's also good to eat beans 1-2 times a week. There are many ways they can be prepared. Try to eat salad 1-2 times a week. You don't have to go overboard or ';fanatic'; with eating healthy, just make some gentle changes here and there and your body will love it.
Here's another good recipe:
about 6 oz of water
about 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
lemon juice to taste
This tastes very nasty but is very cleansing and energizing.
