It's a fad:
Some critics point to lack of essential nutrients in this fast, citing a deficiency of protein, vitamins, and minerals.
As a result of these deficiencies, individuals on the diet may experience dizziness, delirium, and fainting in the short term, with possible damage to the body occurring in longer-term applications.[What do you think about the lemon cleanse diet?
I think it's a hoax. Just another one of those fad diets which do nothing but make you malnourished. Don't fall for this crap. What do you think about the lemon cleanse diet?
unless you can drink lemon juice for the rest of your life and stay healthy, its a really stupid idea to go with that. Where are you getting your essential proteins and carbohydrates? Besides, all that acid will ruin your teeth.
Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little ';help'; so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
http://www.fun-diet-help.us , they give you a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
don't fall for it they just want money.
it works. but only consuming any kind drink for 10 days straight would probably make you drop weight too. My million dollar idea.......the chocolate milk diet!
