What's a good, tasty recipe for cleansing...?

Hey. A few of my friends have done a cleansing thing for like a week, and it cleans out the toxins in your body. It was a drink, with a bunch of ingredients in it, not that many though. I kinda want to try it.

Does anyone know of a good recipe for this? I've heard that there are different kinds.

I love fruits. so. i have no idea what's in some of these drinks, but if anyone knows a recipe with some fruit juice in it or whatever, then i'm in. haha.

but if not, that's okay, could you tell me the recipe anyways!?!?

Also. If I do take this on, can you give me the steps? like how many days? is there ANYTHING i can eat? I read somewhere that I can eat celery, but I absolutely hate celery. My least favorite vegetable.

THANKS GUYS!What's a good, tasty recipe for cleansing...?
The most popular one I have heard of is a combo of real lemon juice, salt, a bit of cayenne pepper and pure maple syrup. That's the one that is making all the gossips papers.

google 'maple syrup cleansing'; and see what pops up. I didn't like it at all, couldn't get down more than one swallow. My sister loves it, drinks it every other day since losing 12 pounds in a week on it the first time around.

Good luck. What's a good, tasty recipe for cleansing...?
Fruits are naturally cleansing....just get a bunch of you favorites and fill up only on fruits all day. you do not have to juice them...thats what chewing does.
Just buy some prune juice and some put some metamucil in your food
master cleanse is what most do:

squeeze half a lemon,a dash of cayenne pepper, and maple syrup then water in a glass and drink it

Green Tea is Beneficial also

It is amazing what you can do with a fridge full of fresh fruit and a blender. The difference between blender recipes and juicing is the added advantage of soft fibers.

This is wonderful for cleaning and maintaining a healthy colon. Blender recipes are an excellent addition to a healing and cleansing program.
