this is no recipe but i have the greatest weapon. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. its healthy for you, GREAT for your digestive system, cleans out all that junky toxins, %26amp;%26amp;makes your joints fexible.
i take 3tb spoons of it in the morning and at night. u can also mix it with water or tea..whichever you preffer.
