I have done the master cleanse a few times. people react to the cleanse differently, I have heard people having to stop due to headaches. Personally, I did not experience any side effects that caused me to quit the cleanse. At no time did I lose energy, in fact I continued my usual routine of working out 6 days a week. there were a couple days I did feel hungry but it was nothing unbearable. Has anyone out there heard of lemon cleansing? Specifically the one adopted by Stanley Burroughs?
