Does the lemon diet/master cleanse also work without taking the sea salt solution?

I'd like to do the master cleanse soon but the thought of having to flush down sea salt makes me sick already. Does anyone have any experience whether the detox still works if I only drink laxative tea but no sea salt?Does the lemon diet/master cleanse also work without taking the sea salt solution?

did not mention anything about that


so far iv lost about two pounds and its been working


great on me


i don't think the sea salt or tea is necessary but im sure


the tea will give u a boost
