Yes! You actually want to use Grade B because of the additional health benefits in Grade B. I tried this cleanse earlier this year and it really cleans you out! I purchased the maple syrup at a healthfood store for under $10. You are suppose to use fresh squeezed lemons, but I used a glass bottle of organic lemon juice (I think it was in a 48 ounce bottle). I had really good results with this cleanse. My word of caution is be SURE you gradually come off it. If I remember correctly, you need to drink orange juice as you come off it. Coming off the cleanse is probably just as important as following the recipe while you are on it (or you will really make yourself sick).
